We’ll address what’s bothering you right at the root. You’ll let yourself feel vs analyzing thoughts and behaviors. I’ll never diagnose you, and you won’t spend the duration of your time venting. My approach benefits you if you’re committed to personal evolution.

We’ll employ such cutting-edge, modern, evidence-based approaches as The Hakomi Method to create new neural pathways in the brain. You’ll experience lasting change so that you won’t have to learn therapy tools to cope for the entirety of your life. 

While each client is different, most report notable internal shifts after one or two sessions. More profound, enduring change can occur after 10 sessions over 2.5 to 5 months.
